I was selling on ebay and I took paypal.com payments. Well after I collected over $2500 on paypal.com they placed a hold on my account. Thus I could not send out customer products because I didnt have the money. After I sent in all the info they asked for they said I had another account with paypal.com and I overdrew $1000! so they said I had to pay this 1st. But I never had another account with paypal.com. They didnt care. They said I had to pay it or I will not get out the $2500. So I didnt pay it and told paypal.com to refund all my customers money. 2 months later they never did. Have you ever had a problem with paypal.com or ebay?

Wow, I am always amazed at how rude people can be. So, you posted in the wrong area. That’s wrestler fanatics for you.
Now, to answer your question....No, never had a problem with either. I have been dealing with both for a long time. Possibly someone opened another paypal account using your SS#? I would call them directly and talk to a real person (if you hadn't already) explain the situation and ask for information on the other account. Check to see what bank account is associated with the wrong account. Is it someone else’s. What address is listed with the other. If it truly is not your account then you should be able to get it straightened out. Their customer service is great! (a few years ago I dealt with them and they were Very helpful.) Try not to get angry and understand their point of view. They deal with all kinds of people and they do not know You personally.

You have to wait about 10 days then you can file an item not received dispute. The dispute will be opened and the seller will have an amount of time to reply. Depending on how you paid you may get your money back if you paid with paypal. Try the ebay dispute first. E mail the seller again to say you are a little concerned item not received - at best he might be very slow and you will get your item. Fingers crossed!
