if you give up rights to your kids do you still have to pay child support

exp. if the father gave up his rights

No rights - No child support - No nothing ... once they sign over parental rights ... they no longer have anything to do with that child ... not even the responsibilities ... !

Nope. You give up rights, basically you're saying that the kids aren't yours. He has no obligation to pay child support.
