I use vitamin-C products from the body shop. I had that dilemma too. The vitamin-C line doesn't have a toner, so I use the Vitamin E toner. Toner is really important to use with an oily t-zone because it gets rid of some of the bacteria that causes pimples and blackheads without drying out the rest of your face

;) happy shopping

Neutrogena works well-the regular glycerin bar. They also make some cleansing products called Healthy Skin by Neutrogena look for the Anti blemish, anti-aging cleanser. It contains alpha hydroxy acids for exfoliation and salicylic acid for the oily areas and blemishes. Try Walgreens, Ulta, Osco, CVS. It costs about $7.

try clinique face wash- it is very gentle on your skin, and Clearasil wipes take away some f the oily-ness in your T-zone if you don't have time to wash your face in the morning. proactive is also good for acne prevention that takes away most of the oil on your face. the face wash will moisturize and make your face less dry.

I would say the Velcocity cleanser from Mary Kay.. It works wonders!! It leaves my skin soft and blemish free, I rarely ever have break outs, and it's gentle enough so it dosen't break you out or dry your skin..It's only $10 and usually lasts about 2 months!
Hope I helped
