From a legal aspect and assuming you're talking about sex, the 44/18 year olds are both of legal age. The 15 year old is not considered mature enough to make an adult decision. What makes it more illegal is that the 19 year old is an adult having a relationship with a child, even though there is only a few years difference. The odd thing is, the 15 year old may be more mature than the 19 year old.

even though there's only a four year difference with the 19 and 15 year old, the 44 year old was 26 when the 18 year old was born! That's not okay in my eyes! People would definately be staring or judging! Physically, there are difference too! I would think the teen was a gold digger and the 44 year old was a craddle robber.

Because in todays society, being 18 means being free and have choice.... if you are younger than 18, then they feel you are not mature enough to make intelligent decisions..... That's how society view is... Mine, I believe each individual has his own rate of growing and maturing, and I believe some people older than 18 are less mature and responsible that some people younger than 18.... But we don't have a way to prove that or to see who is mature or who isn't... Then we must take statistics into consideration and the proven facts about human development and his brain and way of thinking....
If you are 19 and want to be w/ a 15yr old, then just be friends (to follow the society manners) and after she is 18, take your relationship to the next level...

Hi Yeeha, Both are not okay. The only reason the 44 year old man won't get into trouble,is she 18 consider an adult.

because they are too small to handle anything! but as long as in the second one there is an experience and bigger brain they wud handle whatever goes on! 18 is considered grown up enough to choose " wheter its 44 or 20"

it is the law hear in US and no it doesn't make sense!
I believe it will not work out because of the big differences they have in age and knowledge. For example there would be just to many dumb arguments of who is right and wrong and the many problems start to arouse.
