between the 2 pieces of glass what can i do instead of replacing

It means the seal is gone between the windows. I think you HAVE to replace them...or it'll get drafty.

The seal between the two panes of glass no longer works and moisture is getting into the space. Unfortunately you cannot repair it. You'll have to live with it or get a new window.
If you can afford it, get a new window. It will help keep the heat in during the cold weather and the cool air in when you have the air conditioning on during the hot weather.

YOU CANT DO NOWT EXCEPT REPLACE THE GLASS AS THE SEAL HAS BROKEN DOWN IN YOUR PANELS AND AIR IS GETING IN CAUSING CONDENSATION.YOU ONLY NEED REPLACE GLASS AND NOT THE FULL FRAME AS WINDOW COMPANYS SAY
