Not unless you have a rich relative named Grant. You have to be disadvantaged in some way to qualify for the business grants. You could go to http://websmith.com and pick out a free online business.

There is a place you can check out on your computer. It is called Grant Search Assistants. I have looked on there for different kinds of grants and i think they might have one that you are looking for. check it out and see what you think.

Many states have what are called Micro Credit programs. I believe other small business owners pool their money to assist new small business owners.
