Natural or fake?
According to the Guiness Book of World Records, the woman with the largest artificial breasts in the world is an adult model named Maxi Mounds.
As for natural, I dont' recall the woman's name but it isn't Melena Velba. It's a woman in Alexandria, Virginia. Check out the GBWR site for the details.

I think the world's record was held by a porn star back in the 70's and 80's who had 76 inches. They looked natural to me. I think her stage name was Chesty Morgan. You might Google it.
