Nine west goes up to a size 11. Nordstom (ahh, I love them), is shoe heaven and carries ALL sorts of sizes, but usually up to a size 11. Payless goes up to a size 12 if you want inexpensive, but fashionable shoes (but sometimes the higher sizes are hard to find the fashionable styles). Zappos.com on the internet, and you can find a couple of internet stores dedicated to larger size feet.

No,. I particularly have tall friends with little feet....our receptionist at our regulation corporation is 5'9" and wears a length 6...and he or she is petit besides i'm 5' tall, 118 lbs, length 4 and shoe length is 5 a million/2 and pink hair shoe length would not greater healthful the guy inevitably

Payless shoes has added a new section for people who have larger feet. This is nothing to feel uncomfortable about, I wear a size nine!

I came across a site called www.tallwomensclothes.com or longelegantleggs.com theu have womens shoes up to size 12 and pants up to 40 in" inseam hope that helps you or for dress shoes you may want to try a site that caters to crossdressers they carry womens shoes in mens larger sizes also.

is 9+ meaning size 9 in womens? if it is then you can get them in alot of places, i like to go online to buy my stuff you could try a+e they have some cute shoes but if yo want sneakers i dont think they have those.

nordstrom's regularly carries large sizes. You can shop there online if there is not one near you. My friend also orders things from zappos.com and they have larger sizes there too.
