I live in Riverdale, Illinois where Zenovia G. Evans is the mayor. I also work for the village and my boss has got to be the most incompetent SOB I have ever known and thats saying alot since I was around alot of those in the Army. I need to know how I can find out if my boss is one of the Mayor's political donors. Residents complain, trustees complain, but the mayor LOVES this man. I have no idea what for.

For federal stuff-- opensecrets.org that that info.
For local stuff I say check your state's sec. of state web site (assuming they run elections in your state).

http://www.fec.gov is where you find that information at least for federal offices but for state and local offices, your State's board of elections. The National-Union is registered with the FEC as a national political party, http://www.voteprimous.com
