Do you mean that old movie with Deborah Kerr and Cary Grant? You can probably find a VHS tape or DVD at your local library and get it for free. Many libraries have a reciprocal lending agreement with other libraries, so even if it isn't available at yours one of them in the system is bound to have it. "An Affair to Remember" isn't really a big hit so it seems unlikely that it would be aired with advance notice unless it was on Turner Movie Classics or the like.

Your best bet is to watch Turner Classic Movie channel. It's not going to be on this month at least. Sorry
