I'd say Peter Kay. watched him on Tv - live in manchester (or somewhere). He was hilarious!!!! Mind Billy Connolly still has it too.

I think Jamie Foxx is really good, the only problem is he does not have any new standup out. Too busy focusing on other stuff. But he makes me laugh out loud. So does Jeff Foxworthy.
