My husband got some kind of garage grease on the top of his light colored suede shoes. Does anyone know how to get it out?

If there is a lot of it, first try brushing corn meal onto it in little circles. Brushing it off will take off any excess. My favorite thing for auto grease is plain old baby wipes. They work like a charm. Blot gently at the stain and work it out that way. Blot it dry and then brush the shoes again so the nap will still look good.
