I wouldn't say she is the most beautiful but at least she's the best looking Spice Girl for one. She is very very good looking though that is a given.
As far as being smart, she is no Jessica Simpson but she is no Einstein either. However, she'd be dumber than a Dodo bird if she ever left David Beckham now that he'll basically start making $1,000,000 dollars a week for five years!

Victoria Beckham certainly isnt the most beautiful or smartest celebrity. Shes too skinny and bony. She needs to gain some weight to cover up those bones. She would look a lot better if she would gain some weight and stop starving herself

Victoria's pretty, but I personally think Jewel is the most beautiful and intelligent celebrity out. Eartha Kitt and Lena Horne were both intelligent babes too. Marilyn Monroe was actually pretty smart too- she fronted in the movies.
Oh yeah, and Victoria says she doesn't smile very much because it gives her dimples lol.

Are you kidding me? She's a good looking girl but she needs some meat on her bones. She also needs to smile a bit more and stop looking like she's constipated. She always has this expression her face that's not very warm or welcoming. And as for smart, she's smart alright. She married a man that's got a good cash flow. After the Spice Girls, her cash flow stopped coming and would've soon dried up!

My god throw the girl a porkchop please! Okay your entitled to your own opinion but when you can count every bone in someones spine guess what honey they are to thin. I personally think as Posh Spice she was very attractive {in a non gay manner} but she's gone a bit over board and she is not someone that little girl or women for that matter should look to in regards to body image

I don't know... I think she looks a little stuck up. I think Angelina Jolie would probably be my favorite, she seems both smart and beautiful.
