it scanned and found viruses but want erase them without the 19.95

if you are being charged i really think you've been sent to a bogus site,be very careful,i have both spy bot and ad-aware,both free,both work well

This is second info I have seen about SpyBot is $19.95 and that does NOT sound like SpyBot Search and Destroy, apparently there is another program out there using the name--when you download the program go to the Major Geeks or CNET sites for free downloads. SpyBot does not work that way...I have it and had it along time, and not been billed.

Spybot doesn't scan for viruses. It only scans for spyware. I used to have it, and it deleted all my spyware for FREE.
But I found another program thats free and better. It's called Advanced Windows Care V2 Personal. It makes your computer much faster and it erases spyware, fixes registry errors, cleans temporary files, and more. It can also manage your start-up items.

spybot is free and always has been as far as i know, they do however accept donations
spybot detects spyware, it does not find virus's,trojans or worms (thats what anti-virus programs do)
