So on the radio Ive been hearing this song with lyrics that go 'I'm looking at you through the glass, don't know how much time has passed, all i know is that it feels like forever, but noone ever tells you that forever feels like home'...and i love it, but I have no idea what its called or who sings it...could anyone help?

"Sailing on Wings".... I cannot help but think that the message for me.. or at least what I read into this beautiful piece of poetry.. is...
