i'm not even sure what PC is anymore. At least real PC. It seems that it's gone too far when it comes to the media trivializing it with stupid phrases they make up. Since when did someone becoming pregnant become a 'baby bump'. In my opinion some PC has become too cutesy. On the real side of PC when it comes to racism, sexism and other real social issues, What do you propose we have in it's place? Name calling and racial slurs? this is a real question. I mean I can understand what you are saying in the real sense of the word. When I see Jesse Jackson standing up for the woman, who is obviously mentally disturbed, who accused the Duke athletes of rape and say he will give the woman a free 4 year education. And, then when it's proven these guys didn't do it, where is Jackson now? I didn't see an apology. That I find disturbing along with other issues in that case. Although I think some PC has gone way too far, I think there are still real issues to say about it. And, I'm just asking what would take it's place? I believe in honesty, but boy can that get you in trouble these days.

Yes. At first they started out trying to protect our kids from swear words, but now they've gone TOO FAR with that power to ruin our entertainment and block words that are considered legitimate to most people. Why can't our entertainment be what the public wants it to be without having to worry about if it's insulting somebody? WHAT THE HE*LL HAPPENED TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH?!!! Next thing you know ALL songs have to be censored, all movies, TV, and even the INTERNET with no ratings and no uncuts!

It might have been started by some well meaning people but not it has gotten completely out of hand. You can't say or do anything any more with out worrying if someone is going to be offended or not.
Stop the madness.

i'm! Stereotypes did not get up for no reason, and too many times different human beings stay as much as them..yet nonetheless get 'indignant' each and each time somebody factors it out. particularly, while you're actually not living up to your stereotype, you have no reason to be indignant. i think of all of it stems from the vanity flow, the place everybody will become too centred on emotions somewhat of fact. the different day I published a question with regards to the pass over united states pagent...and a white women human beings wrote in (not even remotely responding to my question) and alter into all dissatisfied that there have been no black women human beings interior the astounding class. in the beginning, while you're actually not black, you may desire to not be complaining. Secondly, she might desire to have completely ignored the actuality that 0.5 of the practice consisted of speaking approximately final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days's pass over united states...who befell to be BLACK. additionally, if 95% of the girls human beings who run interior the pageant are white chicks, odds are a cracker is going to win. i actually hate while human beings attempt to tug the race card out of skinny air. in case you do not enable racism die, it on no account will. i'm bored with each and every of the whining and choose human beings does not be so mushy and upward thrust above it somewhat of crying like a three-3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous. I actual have had to beat my very very own stereotypes, so if i'm able to, i think of that any you could. (i replace into born and raised in a crimson-neck hick city, the place maximum teenagers grew to alter into mothers and dads and dropped out of faculty. I chosen to paintings tricky, get sturdy grades, get right into a sturdy college, get knowledgeable, and now I paintings for a wealth administration organization exterior of NYC and help handle portfolios for purchasers between $5-$35 million in investible sources.)

Yes. I can't think of a subject that annoys me more. Including Dubya. Don't expect me to appoligize to you if you don't like what I say. I am half mick and half wop and I will spit in your eye if you don't like it, but I sure as heck are not going to demand an apology from you.
