My grandmother's name is Betty too! I really like it. I wouldn't be surprised if the name has a renaissance in the coming years.
It does sound a bit too much with Natalie and Maddie though, it doesn't roll off the tongue nicely. Maddie Betty sounds very silly.
Although Nicole isn't a favourite name of mine, it does fit in nicely with Betty.... Nicole Betty.
And my grandmother's legal name is Betty, not Elizabeth, by the way.

I think Betty is cute but it would be hard to match up with a first name. You could always use it as the first but then have the child go by the middle name.
I would probably use Elizabeth, since Betty is a nickname for Elizabeth.
You could do Bette too...
Natalie Bette
Maddie Bette
Alyssa Betty is the best option out of the names you posted fo go with Betty.
It all depends on the last name too!
Take care! SD

That would be cute! I think Nichole Betty or Alyssa Betty would be so pretty. Betty is kind of old fashioned but she will be honored to carry on her great-grandmothers' name/s. And if she doesn't like it, nobody even uses their middle name.

Betty is usually a "nickname" for Elizabeth, so any of the first names you've chosen with Elizabeth as a middle name would really be pretty

Were they named Betty? Or Elizabeth?
I think Betty is just as cute as Molly, Polly, Abby etc....
Alyssa Betty is cute cuz sounds like Elizabetty. You could even hypenate it. And call her AB or Abby as nickname.
The others don't work so well unless you use Elizabeth or maybe another form of Betty, like Bettina, or Bethany.
Could also use Bette.
