How do you know when to get rid of clothes. i usually give them to Goodwill if they are too small, but i'm talking about when you have too much clothes. is there a limit you should have? like, should you give stuff away before you buy new stuff?

Well, I usually get rid of my clothes when they don't fit or when they're too old (have holes in them or something). I believe that there is no limit to the amount of clothing that one can own, but if you believe that you have too much than I suggest you organize your clothes according to the seasons, meaning store your tank tops and shorts during the winter and take them out when its spring/summer. The same applies with your winter clothes. Some might say it sounds lame, but that way you stay organized and you see what you have, you keep what you want, and get rid of what you don't need.

before i buy cloths for myself I always clean my closet. It makes me feel better and I know that now i have much more room for things that fit me better and fit my body. I hav ebeen losing weight so it's nice to give away some cloths. 30 pounds and counting

Yeah, periodically go through the closet and give away stuff you don't wear anymore.

naah i go shoppin a lot and my wardrobe is pretty full but i kinda throw stuff that i havent worn in the past coupla months out..cos it probz means i dont like it no more!!

you could donate all the clothes you haven't worn in the recent year! that is what i do.
