Yes, she is spot on. She's not being poisonous, she's speaking the truth. She isn't alone, most of the Americans who voted in November apparently feel the same way. A Democratic majority was voted in on the strength of opposition to Bush's War, plain and simple. I'm glad she doesn't mince any words about it, the time for couching criticism in soft words has gone by the wayside. Bush is out of control, his words and his actions tell us that's true. Congress may or may not be able to stop him, but I expect them to represent what the majority put them there to represent and that is opposition to this war and the way it is being handled.
In addition, much to most (not all) Republicans dismay, Hillary came back from Iraq with actual suggestions about how we could start handling this debacle differently. I was disgusted in the couple of days before her return by the anticipatory glee expressed by the Bushies who were sure she would come back and make a wimpy catch-all statement with no alternative solutions offered. She didn't, she made some very good suggestions and instead of the Hillary bashing they were expected to deliver there has been a great deal of silence instead. I think both of these incidents are a good example showing that the new majority party isn't going to sit on its hands and wait for Bush to leave office. What's Pelosi supposed to do, bake him a cake and send him a nice note? This is war, and the people are tired of pussy-footing around about it. Good for Nancy Pelosi, I hope she never loses her edge.

I think what she is calling a blunder is the way the current Administration went about conducting the war. By starting in on false pretenses, WMD's, in the beginning of the war, keeping low troop levels even though prominent military commanders said we needed more, and now after he realizes he needs them to late, adding more troops, even though Congress AND the American people oppose it. Those I think would make the way the war was conducted a blunder.

Its funny that she always crys supporrt the troops then craps on their mission. Even though 95% of them believe whole heartedly in the mission, just too bad like people like you only watch the body count of our side on the evening news. Try talking to regular soldiers, NOT their family or one that whine on tv, the regular ones that shut up and do their job and know what they are fighting for, a job that keeps your butt out of a hole in the ground. Pelosi and her libertard friends in the media do nothing but crap on bush. Since day one.

I guess that is her way of admitting she was wrong about telling Bush to disarm Saddam Hussein (she was on the Select Intelligence Committee that recommended war.)

If Nancy Pelosi added Americas support to Isarel then her comment would have credibility.

no. my roomate suffers from PTSD, severe headaches, and insomnia from his deployment in iraq. the number one reason he has these problems? it triggered by his realization of his lack of support from the homefront. people truly don't understand how bad all the negative BS affects morale. these narrow sighted ignorant liberals like pelosi and durbin can't see past their next election. only the most commited will win.
