you would have to prove that those wheels were on your vehicle when it was impounded. a picture showing those rims and a receipt showing the purchase of those rims.
You are up against a rock and a wall when it comes to proving they were on your vehicle when it was impounded. most impound lots list what was in the vehicle , and condition of that vehicle and any add ons that the bank would own.and anything else that would describe the vehicleor.added on the vehicle when it was impounded. ask for that listing. cops do the same thing. if it was on their list. then I would assume they would be responsible. if not. it's pretty hard to prove they were on the vehicle.
It should list condition, color, any damages from wrecks. the stereo. what type, and any other electronic sysytems. and gadgets. I would think it should also list the rims especially if they werer custom rims. ask for the condition list.. from the bank or the repo guy..

Not much, other than to make a claim with your insurance for the diminished value if they will cover it. If auto insurance says no, try homeowners if you have that.
If they were there when the towing company picked it up and gave it to the bank, where did the bank put the truck? Unless they had a secure yard to park it in, anyone could have stolen them. Do a police report, and see if they can possibly trace the point where they disappeared.

Short of having pictures of the truck showing that it had the rims on it as it was being repo'd, as well as receipts for the purchase of the rims or a sales receipt showing that you bought the truck with those rims installed, you're kind of out of luck man. Sorry.

get a lawyer and sue the repo and bank, if you can, and i hope you have photo's and proof that they were on your truck, if not ask a local auto salvage or order new(more expensive)
That's a bummer that someone stole your rims. i've got 16" on my truck and i'd hate to have those stolen.

If you have comprehensive insurance on the vehicle, report the loss to the police as a theft. Then file a claim with your insurance company.
If you don't have theft coverage, pursue a claim against the company who first took possession of the vehicle. They are responsible for it once they take possession.
