I use Windex-Outdoors several times a year. It attaches to your garden hose and just spray and rinse. NO removing the screens and the windows get a light washing also. When they really need scrubbing take them off and lay flat on the yard or driveway and use a sudsy bucket of water and a floor mop to GENTLY scrub then rinse with the hose. no bending, wet hands or dirty screens.

You can purchase a product by Windex that attaches to your hose to wash the exterior of your windows. It works wonderful and it cleans the screens too. All you have to do is wash the windows from the inside. It is a great product.
In the summer when I use my slider screen every day, I just hose it down every couple days and it stays clean and dust free.

If you take the screen out of the window, you can put it on your front lawn or driveway and hose it down.
If you want to keep the screen in the window, you can use a broom to "sweep" off the dirt & dust. Just be sure you're sweeping it out, not in!

I take a soft cloth that has only hot water on it and wipe it down. You can tell if you got it clean when the sun shines on it

mine come down from the windows in their own frame fairly easy. I take them down, vacuum then wipe them with a rag soaked with plain old dish soap & water
