I think I know what you mean. Females are capable of having multiple orgasms at once (or really close to eachother) and they don't have to stop or anything. I think with guys, once they orgasm, they are supposed to be done, cause their job of "planting the seed" is over, and the testes need a break to rebuild sperm supplies. So to stop a man from getting the testes overworked, pain in implimented to force a man to take a break. A womans body needs to be able to accept the sperm, so she doesn't feel pain when she's being pleasured for more than one orgasm.

It is unlikely for there to be pain after an orgasm, unless he has had mulitple orgasms. After a couple of ejaculations, it takes the body a few hours to rebuild the sperm supply. If he's having sex several times that day, the body is trying to 'shoot' sperm that basically isn't there. It can be rather painful at times.
Blueballs is a term used to describe pain recieved from an unsatisfied stilmulation. If a male is highly stimulated, whether it be from making out, grinding, unfinished bj, etc, he may feel a slight pain in his testicles. This is caused by a large amount of semen produced by the body that has nowhere to go. Hope this helps.

I think its because he's been rubbing away inside you for too long and too hard. Or maybe you're being a bit too brutal to it? (Pulling on it too hard, chewing on it too hard?)
Its possibly hurting during sex, but the feeling during sex is so overwhelmingly fantastic he doesn't feel it. Then when its all over ... ouch!
