Oh my this sounds like a job for Attorney Ghost Buster, who maintains offices on the studio set in Hollywood. Just give him a call, and he'll send eviction papers to bb. You'll want to get bb out before he causes structural damage or otherwise wrecks his rented property.
After you call Attorney Buster, you really should make yourself a cup of tea. Dealing with the bb's of the world is very stressful !
