It sounds like depression to me. Depression can happen for various reason. SOmetimes is because we are winie asses. Other times is an actual chemical imbalance in the brain. Othe times is cyclical. That is we cannot be happy happy joy joy all the time.
The funny thing is that outdoor activity is exactly what you need. Sun light also helps. Oh lack of light and or vitamin D can cause depresion.
Try joining a Gym or do a lot of activities that will get you out of your house.

Vitamin K is actually used to help the blood clot. You don't need that unless it's been suggested by your doctor. If you like the holistic approach the whole B series of vitamins helps with feeling blue as well as vitamin D which isn't produced by our bodies. A good source for D vitamin is the sun. This explains why we get the winter blues. Not enough sun exposure and vitamin D.

I have the same problem, and for months I thought it was depression, or that I was just moody. Then I decided to bring it up to my doctor and he immediately said he thinks I have hypothyroidism and sent me in to have blood work done. I am getting the results in a week. Although this is a life long disease, atleast I'm not crazy and the symptoms can be controlled by medication, so there is hope. Go to the doctor and have him order blood work on you, it could be several different things.
Good luck!

Cry. It's okay. Sometimes you need to let it out and you will feel a lot better. Also, don't sulk around the house. This will only prolong it. You have to make yourself get up and get out. I know it may take you like 2 or 3 hours to get out of there, but you have to do it. Go to a movie, go shopping, go to lunch, or read a book (but do it in the park or in the middle of the mall or something... away from home). Once you get going, it will help it to pass.

Its the drab boring month of January. I have always hated this month. I wish they would take it right off of the calendar. Your not the only one that is feeling this way. I usually need to turn on all my lamps to get it bright in here. That works sometimes. Do you live in the North? I do,.. and I want to go somewhere warm. We'll snap out of it soon. I guess we just need to be patient. Cheer up,.. your not alone.

Get involved in something that you enjoy and gets you interacting with people you can have fun with. You might also want to consider seeing a therapist to see if the root of your problems are deep and aren't just passing blues.

Something I usually do when I am down is to plan for something. Whether it be a week out or a month out, plan a party, date, a little vacation or even treat yourself to a nice massage. It will always gives me something to look forward to.
