Has anybody here taken AP US History? Is the exam hard? I currently have a B in that class, but I don't want my grade to fall because of that exam.
Any Tips?

I've taken the exam and i found it to be difficult. I too got B's in the class. However, I thought after I took the exam that I got a terrible "2" but really I passed with a "3". I was sooo happy. The part of the test that I found to be most difficult was the DBQ. My teacher agreed with my classmates and I when we told her that the DBQ that was on our exam was extremly hard. She said that the DBQ on our exam was one of the hardest ones she saw so be happy that you didn't take it last year which was when I took it. But if i were you i wouldn't stress over it. I suggest that you study the Princeton Review books and go to your teacher for help in the areas that you aren't as familiar with. I'm sure you'll do fine!

Well, the AP exam cannot be factored into your final grade. The results won't be back until the beginning of July. I cannot really tell you if the exam is hard because each person would answer that question differently. For advice: At least start studying at March. I waited until 2 weeks before the exam and made myself completly miserable studying, although I still got a 5.

I'm a sophomore and I'm taking AP US history However, I don't have the option between world and US But I will tell you all teachers are different! My homework usually consists of reading a chapter in the book, which is about 20 pages And then the next day we have a reading assessment Not much note taking or homeowork, it's a lot of work on your own time But like I said, all teachers and classes are different! World sounds cool So pick something that intersts you and good luck :)

I was the only person in my state to pass the exam.

Granted this was all the way back in 1995.
