I am not sure when the perfect time to go is but I would say within the last two months of your pregnancy. I am almost 33 weeks and I am attending an all day prepared childbirth class tomorrow.

My OB and the hospital I gave birth at both suggested taking them 2 months before I was due so in case you go into labor early, you would have time to finish all your classes. My daughter was born on June 17th and we started our classes on April 11th. You might want to call the hospital (or wherever you are going to take the classes) 3 months before your due date to find out what their class schedule is to make sure you can register on time for your classes. Best wishes.

They usually say 2 to 3 months early as they are usually 4 week classes & you could deliver early. However you need to call & get a spot now, some classes fill up 4 to 5 months prior to class starting!

hey, im due june 22nd and im going starting on february 13th. I think that its a little late because I live in a city and its really busy, but I think they suggest 3 months is a good time. I would call any time now and book your place!
Congrats on the pregnancy :)

I think it's 6 weeks before you baby is due. Call the hospital and ask them to sign you up for the class, they'll let you know when it's a good time for you.

whenever you want! if you wait a bit, info will be a little fresher in your mind, but don't wait so long that you are big and uncomfortable. Adn definitely before 8 months, just in case you go into labor early!
