No. I used to love this country and the thought of being anywhere else was totally alien to me, so far from my thoughts. For the last 15 years I have changed my mind. I am completely focused on spending the rest of my time in Australia. Out of the grasp of the EU. As soon as I have the funds, I am off. I am in the UK by the way. I realise that you are probably talking philosophically, but just wanted to say that. Is this the only life we're going to have? There is a question! If reincarnation happens...then we can never really learn from previous mistakes as none of us remember a former life....which is an awful shame.

Well if we had a choice, yes this is the place I would choose to live, if you mean this earth. If I had a choice it wouldn't be here in the Northeast. I absolutely HATE winter. I see no redeaming qualities in snow, ice or frozen MUD. If we don't stop polluting the water, land and air we won't have the earth that much longer anyway. As far as is this the only life we are going to have, all I can say is live it as if it were.

I don't really understand your question. Do you mean, is this the kind of country where you want to live? If yes, then the answer is yes. I don't see myself living in another place and if it wasn't where I wanted to be, I wouldn't be here. To the last question, unless you believe in reincarnation, then I think the answer is yes too.

I hate living here - theres nothing to do, nowhere to go (unless you're an alcoholic) and its wholly depressing.

No I don't want to be here.

If this is my only life then I'm even more depressed than I was 5 minutes ago. My next life has GOT to be better than this one
