Talk to your neighbors and see if you can make some kind of deal with them. Referrals from other business would steer people your way. Maybe you guys can hand out coupons or flyer's at each other's businesses.

Well, I suppose you know your target market. Design a website geared towards those people. Sometimes there are newspapers that will let you advertise for a small cost. Sundays and Wednesdays are viewed by the most people. This is typically a slow time of year for a lot of businesses, but just use plain common sense. Maybe you can open a myspace account and take some pics of your work and the shop etc. Take good care of your current customers, as word of mouth is sometimes your best form of advertisement.....and it's free!

I have site that offers free advertising. You fill out a simple form with whatever offer you would like to give, it is then published on the web, your coupons can be handed out by you or the affiliates of the company where the offer comes from, and you pay when the coupons are used. You set the amount you are willing to pay. It is a win win situation for everyone. Check it out. We have a lot of affiliates in your area. you might get some unexpected business.

Do a commercial that always helps. Offer weekly sales and aske the businesses next to you if you can place a flier in their store since you are not competing with them.
