11 bhp is not related to speed bhp stands for Brake Horse Power . all that means is how much power the engine in question develops at the crank. the second engine rating commonly used is net horse power which is measured at the wheel.

That is a measurement of power not velocity. This is one of the criteria used to measure and engine's capabilities. The speed at which it can move a machine all depends what mechanics you have it attached to, how much weight you are moving etc. There is no direct correlation.

You ll manage about 50 / 60 mph depending on weight and gearing. as a rule you need 30ish hp to do 100 mph .
If its a two stroke you might squeeze a bit more out of it with a bit of tuning
