I love those blouses that kind of flair out and have different lengths (not a straight hem) at the bottom. Can you tell me what they are called? If I had to guess I would guess maybe hankerchief top or peasant blouse....but not sure.

Uhhm if you are refering to the ones with an empire waste, that is called a babydoll top or tunic.

hey gurl i think that they are called baby doll tops or handkerchief tops like u called them. i think thatthey are pretty cute.
