seconds and went into an ache for a while. what causes pain in the testicles if you get hit in them. which i didnt myself

You may have a varicose vein in the testicle. Its quite common. Get it checked out by a doctor;

You might want to see a doctor and get checked. It could be nothing but it may be something.
Pain in the testes is caused by nerve endings there, they just have a few more than usual it kind of helps you keep them protected and keep blood flowing to them.

Well the agony or somethign u felt was proabbyl orgaasm, then when there is pain its normal some ppl feel it after an orgasm .

there are certain spot on your testes that will get hurt easily. its one big nerve basically.
