. this is a strange smell ,but the smell of hot tar reminds me of when I was young and playing tag and riding a bike and sitting on the stairs in the summer with a Mr Frosty I grew up in the city and they were always taring the streets or the flat roofs of nearby houses to this day when I smell tar I can close my eyes and hear and see the memories of my childhood.
