Yes! She clearly isn't mature enough to have children.Being a mother doesn't mean going out and partying like a wild animal while leaving the kids home with a nanny because you can afford it. The kids would be better off in a foster home with someone who actually loves them and will sacrifice to take care of them or a pack of wolves even!

By the way you asked the question every one knows you want a bias answer that slams Brittney, so it will be no surprise to anyone when you don't pick this response as your best answer. To say she is a horrible mother is just your presumption, none of us know what kind of mom she is, that is unless she is your friend and you hang with her. She did coke for around a week with Paris. So who should her kids be given to, K-fed that guy has been partying for years now, oh ya he would be a better choice, should they go to a group home, or maybe some family that will lock them up for two years in their attic. Probably should leave a situation alone that you know nothing about.

I think the kids should be given the choice. I mean nobody has the perfect family life growing up, but if things are really that bad then the children are the only ones that should be able to make that decision. What gives anybody the right to tell someone else how they should live their life, even if their lifestyle may be a little different, does that necessarily make them wrong. And even if we say yes what gives any of us the right to judge someone else just by what we see with our eyes? I am sure if people started to look deep into our lives as much as we do celebrities, than any of us would be susceptible to the same judgement. None of us are perfect, but it helps to have others who are a little less judgemental of our daily lives, especially when others only see things that they want to see, or what others portray them to be.

Oh and are you anauthority on mothering? Maybe the woman needs professional help. Ever thought of that? Taking her kids away will neither help them nor her in the long run. You have to look at the bigger picture in order to solve matters of a serious kind as this.

You can't believe everything you see in the media, they exaggerate everything, they can only take kids away if they are being abused and not being fed or living in pure filth, and i'm pretty sure this is not the case considering she has millions and lives in a mansion. Even if she doesn't seem to be a totally hands-on mom, maybe she has a kick-*** nanny.

Yea they should be taken away from her and Kevin casue neither one of them give a damn about them. If they did they wouldn't be out partying, drinking, getting ****** up everynight. Kevin just wants the money he don't care what happens to them(u see he don't give a **** about his other two kids). They should be taken away now

people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
being a mom and a working mom is hard....especially since she didn't have much of a childhood to see what a mom really does. her really formative years were spent in front of a camera and recording studios.
from what the tabloids say, yes, i'm concerned, however, i don't know the whole story, so i can't really judge.

no, but she should be forced to attend parenting classes. maybe the authorities could send her to a battered womens shelter and let her see just how difficult it is to be a women with children in the real world and what its like to really be a mom. she lives in a fantasy world.
