Ambulance EM T's, fire people, some police are worth keeping, but as far as politicians - get rid of them all and start over with people who have real experience living in the real world. People who are life-long politicians have no experience working, trying to survive, and really living pay check to pay check. For the most part, like our esteemed president, they have been politicians who became so right after college or were groomed for a life in politics from the time they were little. We are stupid to keep voting for imcumbents who know no other life than politics.
I nominate myself for President.

I would not fire them. I would just make them as the same treatment as private sector workers.

Sometimes government workers are over-rated with their benefits especially those who are in high political positions.
