I have 5 large Iguanas, 1 Basilisk, 5 Eastern Box Turtles, 3 Fire Belly Toads, 1 Green Frog, 1 Dog, 6 Cats, 1 Rabbit, 1 Parraket, 3 Japenese Fighting Fish, 1 Goldfish, and some saltwater fish. I recently lost my ball python, I rescued him from an abusive owner and when I got him half his body had a huge cut down it and he died a few months later of an infection. My Water Dragon recently died he was also a rescue and he just wasn't old enough or strong enough to recover. All of my reptiles are rescues and were near death when I got them so anyone with reptiles please research them, petstores don't normally tell you how to keep them healthy and alive just make sure and check the internet please. I've rescued over 40 reptiles in the past 2 years who's owners thought they were perfectly healthy, but $700 Vet bills say otherwise.

Alright, start simple, work up......

one Boston Terrier, three cats, Ned the bionic gourami, two goldfish in the pond outside......

now that we're warmed up, my father and I do educational reptile programs for local schools and such, some of our animals do require us to have permits, rest assured that everything we have is legal....

We have a couple box turtles, two northern wood turtles, one yellow belly slider (about to get two more from a friend's daughter), one spotted turtle, two diamonback terrapins, an alligator snapping turtle, a common snapping turtle, two alligators (one about 2 feet the other about 4), one american crocodile, two iguanas, an eastern hognosed snake, a black racer, four red ratsnakes, one everglades yellow ratsnake, a grey ratsnake, a northern bullsnake, a florida pine, a florida kingsnake, a ball python that someone found in their yard, a redtail boa someone found trying to cross the road, and a redfoot tortoise that someone else found trying to cross another road.......

oh, and a legless lizard (glass snake whatever).....

I think that's it..... I think..... *wanders off to make sure there's no more animals hiding anywhere*

You certainy seem to like reptiles! My family has always gone for the fairly boring animals, but most of them turn out to be the best companions you can ask for. We have had some bad experiences with dogs, but we keep trying since our first dog was the absolute best. We had to get rid of him when we moved to an apartment, though. Right now we have a cat, a guinea pig, a horse, and we are getting a parrotlet. We have had lots of fish, parakeets, and horses though.
