Ok, I have a friend, she plays the whole "sweet and innocent" gig, but i know shes fake, how do I tell her I don't want her as a friend anymore, without making her cry lol?

There is no right way to tell someone you do not want to be friends with them anymore. If this is the only reason, maybe she needs you in her life to show her the right way to be. Everyone is how they are for a reason, if you care, you'll try to find out what that reason is. Just because she acts like that around everyone else, doesn't mean she's still not a good friend to you. But if you don't care about her anymore, just simply tell her that her friendship is no longer beneficial to you. That you love her, but you don't think it's a good idea to be friends with her anymore. If you go that way, you better be perfect because if you're not, someone could say the same thing about you. Whatever comes around goes around babe, if you're judging her by this one thing, someone could do the same to you. Keep that in mind before you do it. It may not be a good thing. Good luck sweetie.

First of all, how do you know she is fake? If you are sure you should tell her in person if you can that you can't be her friend. Anybody who is two faced is very dangerous because in the end they will always end up hurting you. Make sure you tell her and if you really don't want to be her friend you won't let her emotions get in the way of your feelings.

If you are really her friend and not a fake, you will simply tell her that she does not need to put up a front around you. Tell her what your perceptions are and give her the space to make some decisions for herself. You ay find out that she is tired of her own front.

Stop calling her and stop hanging with her.
if she calls you be honest and tell her the truth.. You have nothing to lose.
tell her, you make your choices who you want to hang with, and she no longer is on your list.
Don't apologize or explain your choice if she pressures you.
Be firm without being mean and rude and tell her you don't want to be friends and that is it,
Say good bye and hang up.......

Just walk, if she is going to cry, that is something she has to deal with it is not your problem. In situations like this there is always hurt feelings from someone.

well, its not honest.. but you slowly fade her out.. its the only way with out hurting her. It's nice that you have thought far enough ahead that you wish not to make her cry..

Honestly...I'd just stop talking to her. Ignore her phone calls, when you see her..tell her youre SUPER busy, and eventually she should get the hint and move on.
