You do not specify whether or not there are guidelines as to whom you may select; if there are no prohibitions, here is what I would suggest that you do:
1) Select a well-known person about whom there is much information available.
2) Consult several sources for a variety of data and opinion.
3) Take notes.
4) Make an outline.
5) Write the essay based upon your notes and outline.
Please note: Do not copy verbatim from your sources as that is plagiarism and is a no no! Use accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation and be coherent, and your essay will be fine. Good luck!

dose it have to be a real person? if so follow answer 1. if not make one up. use colorful language, and try not to repeat your self... good luck
