People will say exercise, bio-feedback (think a happy thought) or think of a memory that makes you feel good. These might work but you need to either tackle the root cause (which is hard if it's financial or work as you cannot chnage too much in those areas) or you need to get support from friends (not family - they will just patronise you).

I would recommend surrounding yourself with good stuff - funny friends (funny in a good way!), favourite tv programs or movies - particularly comedies or feelgood stuff where the hero or heroine triumphs over adversity, favourite songs, favourite places - try to do stuff, feel stuff and excperience stuff that makes you (or has made you in thepast) feel good, happy and cheerful.

It won't beat the problems but it will take your mind off of them and you can then only focus on them when you need to. I find that you have to face up to the problems which is unavoidably stressful, but when you don't have to deal with them try to have fun and commit to sorting out the problems later. Give 100% when sorting the problems, then have a break and do 100% fun, then back to the work etc.

The reason Ur feeling how Ur feeling is because u have put Ur finances on the long finger.U have earned money, good money and Ur paperwork is in tatter. Don't worry, if u can afford it ,approx £300. Pick up the phone to an accountant and he/she will sort it all out for u not only last years but this years as well and u might even get a rebate. I answer from personal experience, the tossing and turning at night and sweats ,the knot in the stomach all because i didn't attend to the matter in hand, now i feel embarrassed about the agony i put myself through.

Get you Mp3 participant or some thing you might have and opt for a run. Studies have proven, (sorry I do not suppose like watching up the supply) that hitting a pillow does now not unlock pressure however honestly explanations extra. By freeing adrenaline. Activities like yoga, swimming, walking, are well pressure relievers.

Peeling oranges, shuffling cards, taking a long bath, doing Yoga, bird watching.

Just do something simple and mindless that you know will take almost no energy at all yet is still peaceful.
