The transfer case from the 95 bronco is push button, the current transfer case in the 96 f-250 is manual...would like to keep manual.

It might be hard, because the 3/4 ton has a heavy duty transfer case.

So let me get this straight. You have a 95 bronco and want to swap in the manual transfer case from a 96 F250? or vice versa? If you are trying to put the Bronco's transfer case into the F250, I would say just get the F250's rebuilt. It will be a whole heck of a lot simpler.

Not sure if that is possible or not but you are most likely putting a weaker transfer case in the truck then it came with. If so it isn't going to last. But the push button to a manual probably isn't a option. Electric solenoids engage the 4WD. Best options get the correct case for the truck! GOOD LUCK
