we just got a creative zen and it doesn't work with itunes which i have an acct with. i checked out rhapsody and napster but there are monthly fees, i like that on Itunes, you can purchase songs for .99 cents seperately. A lot of the music i like i have on cd's, so once in a while i'll buy one here and there from Itunes, so i don't purchase lots of songs, that's why i dont' want to pay monthly membership.

any other site that will sell individual songs as you go? Thank you!

Rhapsody sells songs as you go with no membership fees for .99 each, and there are several others out there, however, the very BEST music site I've ever dealt with is gomusic.ru It's a Russian music site. And the songs vary from .10 to about .20 each! The only catch is that you have to deposit money in advance. You can deposit $20 and that money is good till you've spent it. And they have EVERYTHING. It's completely safe, the payment goes thru a 3rd party payment system, sort of like Paypal. If you can spare $20 upfront, you won't be sorry! 10 cents a song! I've been dealing with them for several years now, and I have nothing but LOVE for them. And you REALLY CAN TRUST them. Your money is safe.

Use peer-to-peer software if you want, but it's full of bugs, spyware, adware, etc. Keep your pc clean and buy LEGALLY for a dime!

sure on itunes, below the place "save" theres a playlist that asserts "offered" click on it and scroll right down to the backside of the record and the huge variety on the left area of the final music is the variety of songs offered

At walmart the songs are 88cents a piece on their website. It's not as user-friendly as Itunes, but what do you expect, it's walmart.
