personally i cant stand any other kind besides the slipper kind...

HATE EM! Ugg for Ugly! Just my personal opinion and too expensive! You couldnt pay me to wear shoes that look like they were designed by Chewbacca...

Personally I think they look warm, snuggly and comfortable... but I'd never wear them because I refuse to dress like the crowd. I avoid trends and try to find unique ways to express my current tastes.
(sidenote: although the brand "UGG Australia" was made popular by a surfing campaign in the US, that's not the original purpose of the boot as was suggested by another answerer. They are common footwear for low-class Aussies (bogans) who are the only Australians who wear them in public. Others Australians only wear ugg boots around the house, or no further than the local corner shop. In Aussie slang, the Ug name is short for "ugly." and ugg boots, ugh boots and ug boots have been around for 200 years before the name was tradmarked. American "surfies" visiting Australian beaches adopted their basic everyday footwear for surfing purposes - not their intended original purpose)

I hate them. I think they are the ugliest shoes/boots/slippers/whatever the heck they are. They make your feet look huge and fat (which I don't know why any girl would want to make her feet look like that) and they have no style! The only thing I do like about the product is that they seem really warm. I would never wear them though. They're such a freaken rip off too.

I like them, they look good on my girlfriend. You can get uggs at http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/94bab , all you have to do is fill out the survey and you will recieve them. My sister got her uggs from that site and all she had to do was enter in her email address.

I like them for their original purpose, which is to get your feet warm, when you've just come out of the water from surfing.
I particularly hate them, when girls wear them with short skirts...For Pete's sake, people, if it's cold enough for fur boots, it's too cold for a mini!

I think they are ugly... it always shock me how can it looks so bad even if the clothes are perfect then wear UGGS oohh its a disaster! and so expensive!!!

ehh, i wouldn't wear them away from home. i think they are the most disgusting piece of boots that i have seen in a long time. but i just wear them cuz they're warm cozy and comfy, BUT only around my backyard where people can not see me. :) lol..
