That it's clingy.I think that's enough.You are not giving details for this person so as to let me know more and give more details on why they are clingy.I guess tht you want us to make you a list so as to express your inhibitions about a certain person.I haven't faced a personal experience so as to know, though I guess that people who are clingy are surely people who need sth and are afraid tht they may lose your interest on them!
