You shouldn't feel bad. You tried to help.
You should still stick by her and help with whatever you can. She may need someone to just do alot of listening. She may feel better if she can just vent about everything. Don't feel obligated to make it all better or fix anything, but do be there for her.
I believe if she can't attend school anymore (medically) that public schools have to offer a tutor for a student to finish. I'm not positive, but I think I have heard that is the law in my state. She can always get a GED. But I don't think she has to quit school.

She can still do all the things that she has planned to do. If she wants to go to school, then she can. Having a baby changes everything, but that doesn't mean that she has to give up all her goals and dreams. The baby can come along for the ride as her mother makes it to the top. Life doesn't always goes as planned, and she can still achieve anything she wants. Let her know that you care about her and that there is still hope.

There are options for your friend. SUch as, adoption & abortion. Maybe she can do some research on the different options avaliable. She can always have the baby & continue on with her life & goals. It may be harder , but is possible.

life doesn't always (and usually doesn't) go as we plan it. just be supportive of her and help her out with the pregnancy and being a mother. remind her that she can still reach her goals, it just may take going a different route to reach them. good luck to you both!
