Do a business that will be interesting for you to do. Think about the things that you are interested in, perhaps clothes or sports so you may want to do a clothes or sports shop. I did a business project once and set up a shop that sells sports equipment because I really like sport. Liking what you are writing about will be much better for you, and plus it is actually quite fun!!

Will it be a business that sells products? Like purses, clothing, pottery? Or will it be a service based business? Like maids, day care workers, etc?
You could write about day care workers. Write many of the ways they are screened before placement in homes.
