No. But there are numerous ones that have. I believe women as well as men need not only conversation in a relationship but also physical contact. To have someone with you to hold during down times or hugs, just feeling this person near you, the familiar smell of this person are all things needed in a relationship. Some might find this comfort in another person because we need it.

I wouldn't want to be in one because it's hard to be away from someone you love for a long time, and you would always be wondering what they're doing and who they're with. But we don't always have a choice do we? Sometimes you fall in love and have to be apart. I would avoid a long distance relationship, but if I was already in love with the person I would see it through and do my best. Sometimes it actually works out.

no, i honestly dont...i tried it twice..and they both ended in disaster, and it was all because of the distance between us..i mean i have known one girl, my friend, who had a relationship that was long distant, and it lasted..but the problem with that is do you really know what the other person is/was doing? when you call and they dont answer does your mind wander into negative thoughts about their whereabouts? like all these questions use to run through my mind and it was sooo stressful, its much easier when the person is near me...my opinion:)

People often say "they never work out" for a reason. Personally, I think they lack things that a real relationship work, so I don't believe in them. But if my fiancee had to move away, I would have to try it.............

when you're in love, you're in love. wheather the person is right next to you or 10000 miles away. It might work and it might not just like any other relationship. Give it a shot and see how it goes.
