As a liberal Obama supports abortion as a "woman's right to choose". Not sure how you can say that a woman murdering her unborn baby is a choice, but that's not the question here! Additionally however, he voted AGAINST medical attention being given to fetuses that survived an abortion attempt! Imagine that! A doctor performs an abortion, the baby actually survives the attack, and the doctor lets it die. And Obama supports that. Nice, huh?
