People say I have no knowledge of fashion. When I get dressed, I just put on pair of jeans and a tshirt or hooded sweatshirt. And that's it. I don't understand why shirts from Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, etc are supposed to look good. Can anyone enlighten me?

i dont think its something you learn. you should watch tlc's what not to wear. it will give you a lot of insight. theres nothing wrong with abercrombie, teens mostly, THINK that wearing a hoodie from there is better because it costs more. wearing a hoodie is not fashionable. comfty yes, everyone does it. but fashionable? no.

Wear what makes you feel good. If you really care about being fashionable, pick up a few magazines, watch some television, talk to the people who tell you you have no style sense.

For guys it's pretty easy. I don't think there's anything wrong with jeans tshirts and hoodies. That's what my boyfriend always wears. It also depends on your lifestyle. My boyfriend is a musician, and his pants are quite tight as are his shirts...

there's no need to spend $50-100 for a T-shirt to have fashion sense. It's really the way you put your clothes together. You can still do jeans and a t-shirt, but use an interesting belt or shoes. And make sure the t-shirt isn't too small (unless you're going for the indie look) or to big (unless you're going for a more rap/hip hop look) when you go to the mall, look at what the ads look like for all those expensive stores---but you can generally recreate the easy looks for cheaper (and easier) if you go to stores like Target-you can even recreate them from the thrift store!

Fashion sense is innate, either u got it or u dont. But jus to keep things safe, jus ensure that your clothes match, that is, the colours are cordinated. If u feel to wear a tshirt and a jeans, to hell with whoever got a problem with it, jus tell them to stop looking at you if they got a problem.

You are either born with or your not...but...people should wear what makes them comfortable and what makes them feel good about themselves...not what someone "told" them to wear...
