With normal, natural down to earth people, where kids are outside playing instead of holed up inside, great job opportunities, low cost of living, weather not a factor except no snow/cold year round, mostly whites, no snobbish community, no college towns, and just plain good sense people. Does such a place even exist anymore?

The only answer I have for you is Minnesota. The suburbs of Minneapolis are very nice, lots to do outdoors, lots of lakes, lots of jobs, and the seasons are beautiful. Unlike popular belief, Minnesota is only cold in the winter with snow from November to March. In the summertime it's sunny and warm (upper 80's to 90's) The people are very nice and there's always stuff to do. Look into it. It sounds like you just described MN.

Anywhere in the northwest Arkansas area. From Bella Vista, AR south to Bentonville, Rogers and Fayettevillle, AR and all the outlying small towns. Close to the U of A in Fayetteville. Great schools, very reasonable housing, good medical facilities, low crime in most areas. Good job opportunites. Close to Beaver Lake, and rivers, walking trails in State Forests, lots of areas to ride bikes, beautiful motorcycling area. Many indoor interests as well. Something for everyone and not far from any of it.. Moderate climate but you still have 4 seasons.. Try it = you'll like it !

It sounds as if you are looking for paradise. My suggestion may be the next thing to it. Look at Powell Ohio,a suberb of Columbus Ohio. One of the top school districts in the state. Ranked 18th best place to live in the U.S. by CNN/Money magazine in 2005. Great people. Tons of opportunity. Absolutely no crime. Children outside playing everywhere. Not sure as what affordability means to you but the prices of homes in the community are diverse.

i become bored with vapid and vacuous questions regardless of who they arrive from. i attempt to realize that questions we are sick of examining and answering could nicely be new and momentous to little ones who're asking them, so i attempt to have some persistence. I admit i become bored with examining with regards to the sexuality and courting traumas of 13-15 365 days olds; I wish there have been a community the place greater person clientele ought to replace Q&A and suggestions without needing to variety by using all the 'i'm 13 and that i think of i'm gay, could I tell my dad and mom?' and 'i'm 14 and don't have a boyfriend' questions. i understand that little ones are lots greater attentive to sexuality at that age than we've been as quickly as I grew up, yet i did no longer also have a general kiss till sixteen, so i individually have difficulty sympathizing with people who declare to have courting difficulty at 14.

there is a place called Midland Texas, its pretty good for raising kids in a calmed natural environment, I grew up there and it was great. To go to a night club is a 45 min drive to another town, there is only one mall, 2 movie theaters, one Blockbuster videos. its great. and its under dry law. good luck.

Kershaw, South Carolina everyone is friendly and I love the school my children go to. The weather is good and the crime rate is low. We show true southern hospitality.

Mostly white's huh? Nice, good to see that good old fashion intolerance and bigotry are alive and well... given your provclivities I'm sure you can find a nice white trash trailer park somewhere that will meet your needs.
