Why do Gothic people always get mad when people stare at them....?

but yet they chose to look like freaks, so why wouldn't people stare?? Do you think it is a teen angst attention thing?

I think they are just young people trying to express themselves. You might not understand them, but you shouldn't judge people. Maybe that is an outlet for them to try to identify with a certain group of people

I don't care how odd someone looks, it's rude to stare. Now some younger goths wear what they do as a means to challenge the rest of society, but as for the rest- it's not to get attention, an item of clothing is chosen because it appeals to us.

That said, I feel there is no point in getting overly upset about it if someone stares at me. I'll just smile, and get on with my day. For every time I hear "Halloween is over!' I hear "Wow I LOVE your hair!" people will do what they will do, and we all just need to learn to live with eachother's foibles.

Because it is rude to stare at anyone, for any reason. They may not like how you look, but I am sure they do not stare at you.

Judge another and be prepared to be judged more harshly yourself.

because they look funny, and they wear lots of black and chains and piercings and such. be glad they dont speak in a different language tho. cause rosie would probably be on making fun of them.
