How Should I feel?

Question

My addiction to call prostitutes is out of control some times. I DON'T HAVE AN SEXUAL ENCOUNTER WITH THEM, MEANS NO SEX AT ALL, NOT EVEN GO WHERE THEY ARE. Is just that this behavior and necesity is strong and I don't want to do it, is there anyonein the same situation??? Before you judje look at your self please, some people at this forum have no heart. I really feel sick about my situation and I want an end to it. I hate the situation. I know I am a good person and to tell you the true this is my major darkside in my life and I want to bring light to it. Please help me and provide me with info about this, I just posted a question similar and I had good answers but not much info of my next step, and what should I do to feel better, AM I THE ONLY ONE??? I want to finish with this and I know God is working with it. God blees you for your comments.

Dont lay the guilt trip on yourself.
You have a fantasy KOOL
So be ok with it.
You dont need to live it.
Take your silent fantasy into the bedroom with your wife and use your thoughts to enhance your sex with her.
Dont try to separate the two or you will tear yourself apart.

I am sure you are not the only one. Good to see you are at least reaching out for some help. I heard from sources that there is a group call "Sexual Addiction Annoyomance. " I am not sure of the name of this group. You might start looking in the yellow pages under sexual addictions or search the web.. I feel your problem can be solved with the proper help, and I can understand how awful you feel having something like this take control of your life. Any additction is no fun. My best to you!

I don't know what you mean by calling prostitutes. Do you mean escort services to talk to women?
In any case, I think you should seek some professional counselling. There is a reason behind why you are doing what you are and hopefully they can help you find out why you have this obsession. Once you know the reason you can work on resolving it.
I don't know if this is something you can work out on your own. (maybe you can..I don't know)
I am sure there are others out there in your situation, so please don't feel alone. You have made a very courageous 1st step in admitting it and trying to ask for help. I wish you all the best and hope this helped a bit.

As long as you remember to pay the prostitutes for their time; you have nothing to feel guilty about. However, if you are wasting their time-shame on you!

I think you need to identify what bothers you about these encounters.
Consider: Why do you call protitutes? What do you get from them? Why can't you get a girlfriend to do what they do, instead?

I recommend more dating and less bible reading. If you think a woman's sexuality is a big bad dark thing, then shame on you! I recommend getting a girlfriend. Bottom Line: A man needs sex.

Just remember that what you are participating in - is not real. People create altermate realities for themselves so they don't have do deal with what IS real...and right in front of them.
Adrenaline rush.....with no attachment....with no cost......
Sounds like a thrifty addiction.
Self control starts with us....with you. No one else can do it for you...and you have to WANT it.
Time goes so fast....life is only so long.....don't waste it on societal dredge. You are above it. Believe it.

FIND OUT HOW THEY MEET YOUR NEEDS AND THINK OF WHAT OTHER THINGS MIGHT FULFILL YOUR NEEDS.

I didn't read you earlier post but hopefully you will consider counseling for your addiction. I know there are groups like S.A. (sexaholics anonymous). Good luck, and I agree with you. No one should judge you.
